Meggenhofen – 4 sets of 3 Austrian anti-Semitic pieces (blue, black, brown and green). Fronts of all notes depict a man with stereo-typical Jewish features, taking good/strong money (hartgeld) out of the country between 1914-1919 and then worthless notgeld coming into the country in 1921. An excellent group of 12 pieces (4 sets of 3 pieces – face values are 30,40 & 80 heller. (GNCC members can get a 20% discount on this purchase, so can buy for 96 euros instead of 120 euros).
