Description
Cassel ‘Reichsbahndirektion’ (‘Mauritius-Versand GmbH’)1 Billion Mark dated 24 October 1923. Piece is in ‘used but good overall’ condition. There is a slight tear from the top edge down about 10mm – please see scan (Top picture/note is for reference only – the front of the ‘Mauritius’ piece is similar but different number and serial). This is the Cassel piece but has addition of advertising/overprint of ‘MAURITIUS-Versand GmbH’ on its reverse!
