Itzehoe – 5 million – ‘burning ship’!!

Itzehoe 5 million mark notgeld banknote depicting the ‘burning ship’! This is an absolutely wonderful looking banknote / notgeld, designed by the famous notgeld artist Wenzel Hablik. Dated ’24 Aug. 23, the piece is in ‘very good’ condition – please see scans which show front and back of the note. The depiction is extremely artistic in value with the ‘Itzehoer Mark’ burning ship trying to be steered and controlled by men rowing it in very troubled waters (economic troubled times).  A very nice and interesting piece of hyper-inflationary notgeld for your notgeld collection!!
