Description
Poessneck – RARE 25 goldpfennig thick shoe heel leather piece, dating from 1923. This very dark and original piece is in extremely good and clean condition – please see the first 2 scans which show front and reverse of the actual piece you will get here. (The 3rd scan is of a modern commemorative piece, issued in 1989, which I show for reference only……as the heel shape can be seen a lot clearer on it.) The value of these original pieces, which were limited at 1200 pieces, was in the fact they could be actually used as shoe leather for a lady’s heel. This piece is 3mm thick and 54mm x 49mm.
