I am selling here an interesting piece of Reichsbanknote, (this is not ‘notgeld’) issued in 1922 that has advertising on its reverse, for an ‘AUTO-6’ radio, being displayed at the Brussels Fair of 1923. After the monetart collapse of 1923, there would have been literally thousands of pieces of paper monies left, so some were used for advertising purposes, as there was absolutely no value left in the money note itself. These ‘advertising’ pieces are uncommon types but make for an interesting collection. This note is in ‘used but good’ condition.
