Schlicht – piece of wertbestaendige notgeld with a face value of ’10 bricks’ (Zehn Ziegelsteine)!!. The piece is in ‘au-unc’ condition – please see scan which shows front and back of the note. This is a great example of a ‘wertbestaendige’ notgeld – a piece that had a ‘fixed value’……..to try and overcome the huge problem of the hyper-inflation ravishing the German economy at the time of the notes issuing – late 1923!
