Description
Wurzburg – set of 3 ‘original run’ pieces + 1 original-run variant!!. These pieces were from the first print run of these notes. Dating from 1918, graphics are lovely. Both of the 5m & 10m pieces are in ‘au-unc’ condition and the 20m is in ‘used but good’ condition. Please see scan. 1 of the 5m pieces has been hole-punch cancelled, the other has been cancelled with the word ‘UNGILTIG’ hole-punched through it, similar to the 20m. The 10m note has 2 x ‘UNGILTIG’. On all the serial numbers, the ‘N’ is ‘straight’ and not sloping. The 10m piece has no serial and is a specimen piece!! Excellent pieces for your notgeld collection.
