I hope everyone well in the football World Cup 2026 competition. The England team had a very good first game, followed by a couple of very mediocre ones. Let’s hope they ‘pick up’ and become more positive and attacking. Several ‘big’ teams have already left the competition so let’s keep our fingers crossed for the England team. (You will all be supporting your teams, I know).
It is great what you can find with collecting notgeld, passionately like me. I was recently studying some notgeld graphics and stumbled upon this fascinating one:
Issued in Raguhn, it is one of the 6 reverse graphics, which also appears on a 25pf note. The 3 men are being branded on their behinds. If they get caught again and are found to already be branded, they will be hung on the gallows, which can be seen in the distance. One man has already been branded and can be seen running off with a very sore behind. The red-hot fire can be seen burning bright, with 3 city officials watching on and witnessing. I do pity the bloke who has his arms tied his pants already down and who is awaiting his fate. OUCH!!
Some of these notgeld graphics are wonderfully detailed. The more one collects notgeld, the more one can appreciate the sheer abundance of fantastic graphics, imagery and story lines.
