This is an uncommon Berlin – Opferdank ‘political’ 100m depicting the flag of the German Empire – a horizontal tricolour of black, white, and Red. It was issued by the ‘Deutschnationale Volkspartei’ (German National Peoples Party). The 20m piece is in ‘au-unc’ condition which is the norm for these types (serienscheine).
