Envelopes and wrappers (Band 4, by Kai Lindman/Krause/Biging). The ‘Band 4’ Lindman paperback catalogue, covers the notgeld presentation envelopes and wrappers. Although the ‘Band 4’ catalogue was issued back in 1995, it has not been superceded and is a very handy reference for the notgeld collector. NB : I will only post this out to a UK address.
