A rare uncatalogued ‘print sample’ or ‘probedruck’ piece issued in Hamm and stamped with a red coloured face value!! These types of notes were usually from a very limited test print run and then were handed out to dignatories and special collectors, archivists, newspaper etc etc. The over-sized and uncut piece is in ‘au-unc’ condition. (The ‘normal’ piece, which I am also including in this sale, has a blue coloured overprint face value). Both notes are uniface.
