Satzung uncut 2 x 5pf pieces dating from 1917. Most pieces I have seen have a stampmark on their front and a signature on their backs – but this pair have none – I think they were unissued pieces or possibly specimen pieces?? The 2 joined notes piece is in ‘good condition’ – please see scan which shows front and back. These are verkehrsausgaben notgeld.
