Description
Marten scarce print error 1/2 mark piece, issued in 1914. The piece has a completely blank reverse! It is a ‘Kriegs-Wechsel-Schein’ piece, dated ’11 August 1914′. The note is in ‘au-unc’ condition and the piece has no printer name or ‘Valid until’ statement (usually found on the reverse side. The piece catalogues under D-223.1.e. Please see scans which show front and back. A great opportunity to get a seldom seen piece from 1914 into your banknote / notgeld collection!!
