Description
A beautiful and uncommon 100m ‘stoffgeld’ piece made of gold silk with a wide white and brown border with a central light blue coloured thread. It is an ‘uncommon’ border and the piece was issued in Bielefeld. The piece has the purple circular stadtsparkasse stamp mark on it and a hand-written signature.
The piece catalogues as ‘NGM08-10d-spurwhs‘ in my Bielefeld 100m reference book ‘MATERIAL GEMS’. There is some staining on the reverse side but you can’t see that from the font. It is a beautiful looking banknote and a superb addition for anyone’s banknote and notgeld collection!
