Description
AUSTRIO-Hungarian anti-semitic/judaika piece, issued in Wien (Vienna) and originally dating from 1916. Note is in ‘used but good’ condition as seems the norm with these types. An anti-semitic stamp has later been stuck on the note’s reverse, I guess around 1920, which states:
‘Who enriched themselves in the War? The Jews!’
This note features in my anti-semitic notgeld and Reichsbanknote publication ‘TARNISHED GEMS’.
