Description
20 + 100m pieces issued in Braunschweig and dated 15.10.1918. The notes have been cancelled by being hole-punched ‘NICHT GULTIG’ (Not valid). 20m piece is in ‘au-unc’ condition and the 100m is in ‘used but very good’ condition, with a crease mark down its centre. (The 100m piece depicts different groups that were affected by the war………..soldiers, workers and mothers……….and also then depicts ‘Death’ itself!)
